The Yarkon Trio (Gesher Hayarkon) was a very popular Israeli musical group in the mid 1960s. The original line up was Arik Einstein, Yoram Gaon &
Benny Amdursky. Gaon left the group after their first album and was replaced by
Israel Gurion.
All four members of The Yarkon Trio appeared together on The Dudaim's 10th Anniversary (1968). While the line up of Armdursky, Guirion and Gaon appeared together on the anthology album, Jerusalem Of Steel — More Songs Of The Six Days War (1967) and the 1993 Israeli TV special, A Rooftop Party with Benny Amdursky, a few months before Amdursky death from cancer.
