The Dudaim — הדודא׳ם (Hadudaim), Benny Amdursky and Israel Gurion, were a very popular Israeli music duo. Formed in 1957, the Dudaim played a key role in popularizing classical Hebrew songs before rock 'n' roll became dominant.
Benny Amdursky died in January 1994 at the age of 62 after a long battle with cancer. Israel Gurion continues to perform and release music (as of 2018) , most recently on Shirat Hadudiam with Benny's son Assaf Amdursky.
