Sleeve Notes

The Irish Born members of the Rovers were formed In Alberta Canada in 1964, then traveled to the coast of California and worked for a pub called Dinucci's, run by a couple of Irishmen named Jerry Murphy and Peter Moran. They fed and lodged the group and in return were graced with the entertainment of their customers on a regular basis. Word got along and eventually the band found themselves at the Purple Onion in San Francisco, and since then their success has been everlasting!
